Sometimes you’re simply gifted what can only be described as a perfect evening.

We weren’t quite sure what the weather had in store, but after a little conversation we came back to our own words…

And we weren’t disappointed. 🧡

A beautiful evening gathered under a full moon shining her brightest, with the sea beside us, the sauna glowing and good people sharing the moment through this collab.

The August full moon feels like a gentle bridge between seasons — a chance to pause, reflect on summer, release what no longer serves us and begin turning towards the slower energy of autumn. 🌾

🌕 FULL MOON • SILENT SAUNA • SEAHAM BEACH 🌕

After a few weeks of a little UK summer break, we’re back — and what better way to return than by joining for a gentle evening on Seaham beach this Friday evening.

Hosted and guided by RR Mindful Wellness

This is a special one for us… our first night with our silent sauna. 🤫🔥

Bath under the light of the full moon, set your intentions as the season shifts.

This August full moon brings a partial lunar eclipse in Pisces, traditionally associated with a powerful time for reflection around self-sacrifice, boundaries and the places where we may have settled for less than we deserve.

It’s an invitation to pause.

Simply sit, be comfortable, breathe and reconnect — with ourselves, our thoughts and our intentions — as we feel the seasons beginning to shift.

A little pause… 🌿☀️

For the next three weeks, we’re taking a little time to explore, rest and embrace summer ourselves. We truly believe you can only pour from a full cup, and nature is calling us too. 🧡

That said… there are a few incredible wellbeing events we’re honoured to be part of, and we wouldn’t miss them for the world. If beach gatherings, community, sea air, saunas and soulful connection are your kind of thing… we don’t think you’ll want to miss them either.

We’re off to Redcar beach!

Next Tuesday you’ll find us at the beautiful gathering hosted by The Chavvy Hippy on Redcar Beach, alongside a wonderful selection of wellbeing hosts bringing their own magic to the evening.

We’ve been following their socials and absolutely love what they’ve created—a reminder that community, connection and a little time outdoors can be wonderfully nourishing.

We’ll be there with the sauna, ready to welcome you into the heat as an additional extra to your event ticket.

THE REST OF JULY AT SUI CURA

We’re so excited for what’s still to come this month. From sunrise heat and slow Sunday wind downs to breakfast club gatherings, beach pop-ups and our newest offering, it really feels like there’s something for everyone.

We are super excited to be part of the Chavvy Hippy beach event, a culmination of all well-being practitioners with music, food and what will be a night of fabulous energy 🤩

We’re also introducing our NEW Sunset Sauna & Picnic Experience at the end of the month.
A chance to slow down a little longer, share some delightful picnic treats, soak up the elements and settle into the weekend beautifully.

Expect warm conversations, sea air and all the goodness that comes from gathering together.
