I am pleased to announce that I have chosen to expand my services to include private ceremonies for anyone interested in a more directed, one-of-a-kind experience with breathwork.

Private sessions will allow you to explore breath work in a more specialised manner, giving you a very unique experience with a different vibe than group sessions.Private sessions will allow more time to talk with me, creating a deeper more directed session.

I do two private packages.

* 1 on 1 sessions
* 2 on 1 sessions

With private ceremonies you will get:

* A unique experience that is tailored to your needs, intentions and energy.
* A greater detailed explanation in to my Breathwork practice and how it all works.
* Personal time to talk and establish personal intentions,
* Personal guidance throughout the session suite to your particular needs.
* Personal aftercare to talk through and integrate your experience so you are able to bring forth the lessons and implement them in to your life.
* Follow up aftercare to check in and to further support you with any integration needed.
