This little corner of the studio represents years of investment into professional sterilisation, decontamination and client safety.
🔹 Ultrasonic Cleaner – Used to thoroughly clean instruments before sterilisation, removing debris from even the smallest surfaces.
🔹 Autoclave – The gold standard of sterilisation used throughout healthcare and professional piercing. This uses high-pressure steam to sterilise tools and jewellery, ensuring everything is safe and ready for use.
🔹 NEW Enbio Rapid Steriliser - My latest addition to the studio and something I’ve been incredibly excited to bring in! This allows clients to choose from a huge selection of implant-grade jewellery on the day of their appointment, with pieces sterilised and ready to fit into the body in around 10 minutes. No waiting, no compromise on safety, and more jewellery options available than ever before.
Safe body piercing isn’t just about putting jewellery into skin; it’s about using sterile instruments, sterile jewellery, aseptic technique, appropriate anatomy assessments and high-quality materials designed specifically for long-term wear inside the body.
Every piercing I perform is carried out using sterile, single-use needles and sterilised implant-grade jewellery. Professional body piercing is based on sterile technique and tissue preservation, which is why professional body piercers use needles; not piercing guns!
Professional piercing is about the standards behind the procedure, not just the procedure itself! It is everything that happens before, during and after the process.
