When I first became a slimming world member my daughter Gracie was only 5 i remember thinking at least she’ll be able to eat the same family friendly foods , little did I know she’d never stop being ridiculously parky 😄
Food optimising really does feed the family tho , from dinners to desserts there’s something for everyone 😊

15 years I’ve been a consultant and this is the very first time I’ve had the absolute privilege to give out our Club 50 award ! 🥇
Can you imagine what determination and commitment it has taken to achieve this , it’s incredible ⭐️
Massive Congratulations Mem you so deserve this award , losing 50% of your body weight is incredible and I’m extremely proud to of been part of your weight loss journey at Seaham Friday 7.30am group 🧡

My groups are all so friendly and welcoming but I do truly understand how nerve wracking it can be to take the first step through our doors. So I’ve purposely set up a little area in a separate room for my new & returning members. This gives me a chance to chat to you quietly , to offer reassurance and put you at ease and a chance for you to release the tension and feel at ease about joining.

One of the best decisions I ever made was becoming a self-employed Slimming World Consultant ❤️. People often ask me what I love most about the role, and honestly, it's hard to choose.

I love the flexibility of running my own business around my family, the friendships I've made and, most of all, seeing members grow in confidence and achieve things they never thought possible.

Where do I start I can’t remember when I started slimming world lol but it was a long time ago. I started because of health problems plus I did not realise how big I was until I saw myself in photos. When I joined I thought it was going to be hard to follow the plan but it was easy and everyone in class made me feel welcome especially Michelle I have made loads of friends and we are like one big family. I would follow the plan loose a couple of stoned then would put some of it back on this went on for a while. In 2024 I got to my target but now I’m below that target so am going to try reach a new one. If anyone is looking to loose wait and unsure about coming through the door my advice would be come in you will be made welcome and everyone is the to help especially Seaham Slimming World With Michelle .xx
