How many of us only reach for the plants, the meditation, the practices — when everything's already at crisis point? Like any relationship, it has to be cultivated over time, not just when we need fixing.

New video premiering now — this one's about plant connection.

Not what they're good for. Not which herb to take for what. But how to actually build a real relationship with them beyond reaching for them as a fix when something goes wrong.

It's unglamorous. It's daily. And I think it's what a lot of us are missing.

We've been sold the idea that plant connection is something you rea...

Join me in the polytunnel for a chat about one of my favourite allies during the gnarly parts of a life transition... Hawthorn(e) 💚

Hawthorn is one of those plants that just knows how to endure. Rooted, resilient, thorny where it needs to be, generous with its berries in the hard winters....

They begin with an ending.

Whether it’s a big, dramatic, very final ending…or something that may even be invisible to anyone else outside of yourself (or somewhere in-between the two), something occurs right at the beginning (!) of this ending. It’s what I call the Fracture - a moment where something just stops working in the way it used to.
