Try this simple reflexology technique for sinus pressure
Did you know you can use gentle pressure on your toes as a simple self-reflexology technique when you're experiencing sinus pressure?
👣 How to try it:
• Sit somewhere comfortable and relax your feet.
• Using your thumb and forefinger, gently massage and apply steady pressure to the tips and pads of your toes.
• Work across each toe, paying particular attention to areas that feel tender.
• Use small circular movements or gentle pressure for around 30–60 seconds per toe.
• Repeat on both feet and remember to keep the pressure comfortable — it shouldn't hurt.
This can be a lovely way to take a few moments for yourself and may help you feel more relaxed and comfortable when your sinuses are feeling congested. 🌿
✨ Reflexology works with specific reflex areas on the feet and can be incorporated into a relaxing treatment at Tranquil Grounding in Selby.
