We’re excited to welcome you to our relaxed and friendly drop-in sessions for parents and carers in partnership with Carers' Resource.
Come along, grab a cuppa, and connect with others in a safe and supportive space. Whether you have questions, concerns, or just need a breather — we’re here for you.
✨ What’s on offer:
Relaxed drop-in for all parents & carers
Informal chats and a chance to meet others
Space to ask health/parenting related questions such as sleep, nutrition, behavioural worries, etc.
Time to talk through worries about your child, or simply take a break.
No appointments, no pressure, no judgement
