I also love shari
ng ways that you can improve your health by encouraging you to make lifestyle changes where appropriate. Using Advanced Clinical Massage techniques that include Trigger Points, Myofascial work and Hot Stone Fusion, clients can achieve dramatic reductions in pain and also experience impressive increases of range of movement. Qualifying in Kinesiology professionally in 2000 and Massage & Nutrition in 2003, I have taken my training in the intervening years very seriously. Nutrition, Patrick Holford's Zest4Life, Action Against Alzheimer's, The Brain Health Programme, Dr Tom O'Bryan's Gluten-Free Practitioner Training all have been completed and I have used all of these in my work with my clients and in group settings. However, I then went on an Intensive year of additional training with Jing Massage whereby I qualified in Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy, Myofascial Therapy and Hot Stone Fusion having attended courses in Edinburgh, Brighton and London. The difference that this has made to my clients is immense as they feel the benefits of the additional effective techniques that really help to increase joint movement for a very large portion of my clients. Pain reduction and dispersal is often experienced which is incredible for clients who have experienced long periods of pain before coming to see me. For people who wish to experience more the relaxing aspects of massage, the hot stone fusion is a delight. The long slow strokes with the hot stones being used makes for a very deep, soothing and almost hypnotic state by the end of it. I so look forward to getting back doing In-Person work again when allowed.
