🌟 my journey from size 18 to size 10 feeling the best ever 🌟

Hi, I’m Wendy 53 owner of Selsey nutrition 💖
❌ size 18 no energy found it hard to get through the day .

❌ no motivation, hated myself, no confidence, wouldn’t socialise.

❌ felt empty, alone, frumpy, just plodding from day today in a dark place.
