I live for the sound of laughter, and play and seeing people find joy in the simplicity of nature and connection 🥹

I don’t know if it’s just because I was there but can actually feel the fun of this through the sounds of this at the end of the clip - it just makes me smile to hear! Pop the sound on - tell me, can you feel it it too?

Will you make time and space to consciously unfurl in body and mind?

Will you help yourself melt the layers of tension that kept you braced against the cold? Offer up your body to the medicine of movement, to heat? Let yourself thaw and invite the sun to come in?

On the 4th April, Caitlin & I will be creating a morning for you to allow your body, and nature to work is magical on you.

A morning to reset your system in alignment with the string spring energy. A space to melt your tension with wood-fired heat and a natural vista to settle your soul. A place for yogic movement and breath to enliven your cells and support ease in your body.

Our morning Reset : Mini Retreat is the opportunity for you to connect, relax and invite the rising energy of spring into your being. Set yourself up for the season to come.

Shared Sauna are our community sessions and they run every weekend.

These shared sauna experiences mean you book a seat in the sauna (rather than needed to hire out the whole thing). Sometimes you l’ll have it to yourself other times you be enjoying the heat along some other lovely fellow humans 💫 either way you’ll have an awesome time!

I’m always trying to figure out what times work best so please do give me some inspiration if you have other times in mind ✨
