When people think about yoga, they often think about flexibility, balance or complicated poses.
What interests me is something different.
I want movement to help people feel more at home in themselves.
In my sessions, we're not aiming for perfect poses or comparing ourselves to anyone else. We're exploring what our bodies need, noticing how we feel and building trust in ourselves through movement.
✨ Gentle Yoga
Slow, mindful movement that develops strength, balance and confidence. We move at a pace that allows you to listen to your body rather than push past it.
✨ Mindful Movement for Neurodivergent Children
Using yoga as a therapeutic practice, these sessions support children to develop body awareness, emotional regulation, confidence and self-understanding through movement and breathing.
My hope is that people leave with more than they arrived with: a little more confidence, a little more calm and a stronger sense that they can meet whatever comes next.
