Our cortisol levels impact us in so many ways. If they are chronically high, they can cause hormonal imbalance and being tired but wired at bedtime, and those 3am wake up sessions when all our worries flood into our mind.
They are connected to the management of inflammation in the body, our blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
Being chronically stressed, from worry, overthinking and pushing ourselves too hard can cause elevated cortisol levels which over time erode our health.
Working with a health coach can help you to bring in changes to your diet, mindset and lifestyle to bring these levels into balance.
I work with people to uncover their personal stress triggers which are causing their brain to prompt the release of cortisol too often. Drop me a DM if you would like to find out how I can best support you personally and if you would like a complimentary personal Health Profile Review.
I also have a great mindset and yoga workshop coming up on Friday 26th June 10.30am in Sevenoaks and I would love to see you there:
