Happy Birthday to me 💕
Aries/Taurus cusp, born on a Saturday “Saturday’s child works hard for a living”, definitely true!
Feeling better these days since giving up alcohol, confronting my food addiction (which will always be a work in progress), strengthening my muscles and bones at the gym (not regularly enough but consistently!), and following a spiritual path which encourages gratitude for each day. 💕###
Today I am grateful for health, spring, my loved ones especially my 🐶. For my home, for a day off to enjoy the little things, going out for coffee, doing some sketching, for being able to sit in the spring sunshine and listen to the birds singing.

In the last few days Spring has arrived! Dog walks with sun, blue skies, birds singing and beautiful spring flowers. What a blessing!
Life lately, before this week outside of work, mainly dog walks in the rain and mud, cafés, lattes, reading and sketching!
