Join for a nurturing 2-hour workshop designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself through somatic movement, sound healing, breathwork, and deep relaxation.
Somatic practices help us become more aware of how stress is held in the body, offering simple yet powerful tools to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and cultivate greater ease and wellbeing.
Whether you’re curious about somatics, looking to deepen your wellbeing practices, or simply craving some time to rest and recharge, this workshop offers a supportive space to do just that.
