Day 5 of building my brand new apothecary and clinic!

Consultation room, Dispensary room 1, bathroom and kitchenette all ready!

The smaller Dispensary room should be finished this week.

Then it's stock time!! 😍😍

In the meantime, I can start seeing both existing and new patients here!

I am getting there!!

This morning is all about DIY and building racks and tables.

I find putting things together quite meditative and it gives me time to focus and be present in the moment.

Quite a few bits to put together but each screw and bits and piece is my vision coming together

Two people can have the same symptom for completely different reasons.

The symptom is often just the tip of the iceberg.

As a practitioner, I'm not just interested in what you're experiencing.

Because that's where the real health begins

Building my dream Apothecary - Day 4

Today is not bout furniture, paint, or shelves.
It all about books.

As I packed box after box, I realised that each one represents a chapter of my journey.
Some of these books helped me through my training.
Some have guided me in clinical practice.
Others were bought simply because I wanted to keep learning and deepen my understanding of health, healing, herbs, nutrition and the human body.

This month, while building my new clinic, I'm also revising for my final Herbal Medicine exam.

A reminder that learning never really ends.

These books are coming with me into the new apothecary, ready for the next chapter.

Building my dream Apothecary and Multidisciplinary Clinic - Day 2

All about deliveries!

Today, the deliveries have been arriving!

It's funny how a few boxes and pieces of furniture can suddenly make a vision feel real.
For months I've been imagining what this space could become — a place where herbal medicine, nutrition, homeopathy and holistic healing come together under one roof.

Right now there are still boxes everywhere and plenty of work ahead, but little by little this converted barn is starting to feel like the apothecary I've dreamed of creating.

I'm excited to bring you along for the journey.

DAY 1 - Cleaning!

Keys are in, door open and meet my new premises!!

A looot to do but I have such a clear vision in my mind that I can already seen it ready!!

With a new week coinciding with the beginning of a new month, after a second full Moon in May today, the line between completion of projects and new enterprises is fine.. almost liminal.

As of tomorrow I will be able access my new clinic and start bringing my vision to life!

And after a few months of admin work to finalise the contract, I have just collected the keys to my new clinic and as of Monday 1st I will be able to access it and start preparing to see old and new patients here as soon as possible!

Day 1 at Mind Body Spirit festival has been amazing! I have had the absolute pleasure to meet so many incredible people, doing Iridology sessions, talk about health and everything in between and seeing my Mushroom Essences find those they were meant for!

I cannot wait to do it all again tomorrow! Thank you to all of those who came to my stand! You are the reason why I keep doing what I do!! 😍
