MS & Nutrition: Fact vs Fiction –

Join in the education sessions to learn how to optimise your nutritional health.

To complement our current wellbeing programme of funded Exercise, Tai Chi, and Yoga classes. The IOW MS Society is funding a brand-new series of informal Nutrition Education Sessions!

Led by Sarah Todd, a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience across physical and mental health fields.

Our first event will focus on General Nutrition for MS, offering realistic, practical food advice tailored to support your overall health—with zero judgement, zero guilt, and no restrictive rules.

👥 Funded for those living with MS to attend, along with a carer.
📅 Thursday 12 November 11:00 AM (approx. 50 minutes)
📍At The Riverside Centre, Newport
🚗 Free Parking: Just register your car registration at reception when you arrive!

What’s the plan for Session 1?
We will explore the general principles of healthy eating with an MS focus. Discover how the right food groups help your body, we’ll bust the myths, cut through the food noise and learn how to implement small changes to improve nutritional health. There will also be time to answer your questions in a comfortable, relaxed setting.

Note: This session covers general education and does not replace 1:1 dietetic care.

Spaces are limited and registration is required. Email Sarah today to reserve your seat: [email protected]
