Relax With Lucy & Co was set up to offer well-being and mental health support through the provision of mindfulness & relaxation interventions. The organisation was set up by our founder Lucy Livesey - mental health nurse and bereaved mother following the loss of her daughter Ellie in 2017. Lucy and our team of instructors deliver projects to help support the baby loss community through the develop

ment of mindfulness & relaxation resources. We offer both well-being baby loss tailored support in addition to general well-being support to help people improve their overall sense of wellbeing. All proceeds raised, goes into our Ellie's Gift Project fund which funds all our baby loss interventions and the ongoing maintenance of our Ellie's Gift app.

Each month at Ellie’s Gift, we will be taking a moment to recognise and celebrate the healthcare professionals who walk alongside families through the most heartbreaking moments.

This month, we’re honoured to shine a light on Hannah, specialist midwife for bereavement .

Hannah was the winner of our giveaway to honour International Day of the Midwife, thanks to your nominations. She received a gift voucher kindly donated by one of our families 💜

As part of our commitment to those who care for others, Ellie’s Gift offers healthcare professionals:

For many bereaved parents, everyday places can bring unexpected reminders of the baby they love and miss. A simple trip to the supermarket can sometimes feel much harder than others realise.

This month’s Support Space will gently explore navigating triggers in supermarkets and other everyday environments, with time for reflection, connection and self-compassion.

If you have experienced pregnancy or baby loss, at any time and in any circumstances, you are warmly welcome. No experience of mindfulness is needed.

🚴‍♀️ Just 6 weeks to go until the ride! 🚴‍♀️

Over the past few months, Lucy and family have been training incredibly hard in preparation for their 60-mile ride from MediaCityUK, Salford to Blackpool on Sunday 12 July 2026, raising funds for Ellie’s Gift and Team Ash.

This ride is about remembrance, love, and ensuring the people we miss are part of every mile we travel. Whether it’s your precious baby, a child, family member, or friend, we’d be honoured to carry their memory with us on the journey.

There are two meaningful ways you can be part of the ride:

💜 Donate £5 – Add your baby’s or loved one’s name to our remembrance flag, which will be carried throughout our journey and across the finish line.

💜 Donate £25 – Sponsor a 15-mile section of the ride in memory of your loved one. Lucy will acknowledge them in ride video content, and we’ll share their story across our social media channels during the ride weekend. Please message us for more information.

The funds raised will help Team Ash continue placing lifesaving defibrillators in communities and supporting families affected by SADS, while also helping Ellie’s Gift raise awareness of our support app for families facing baby loss.

Today Lucy and Robbie travelled to Burnley to spend time with an incredible Bereavement Midwife. 💜

Together, they filmed new content for the TFMR section of the Ellie’s Gift app, which we will be launching very soon.

These videos have been created with so much care for families facing TFMR / termination for medical reasons. They are there to offer gentle support in the heartbreaking days after receiving difficult news, and during the time leading up to meeting and delivering your baby.

Alongside professional guidance, the videos will also include real-life stories and honest conversations from people who truly understand this journey.

On Sunday 12th July 2026, we’ll be cycling 60 miles from MediaCityUK in Salford to Blackpool to raise joint funds for Ellie’s Gift and Team Ash.

This challenge is more than a bike ride. It’s an opportunity to remember and honour the babies, children, and loved ones who are no longer with us, ensuring their names are carried with us every step of the journey.

There are two special ways you can take part:

💜 Donate £5 and we’ll add your baby’s or loved one’s name to our remembrance flag, which will travel the full route and cross the finish line with us.

It’s now less than two months until our Ride For Loss, raising funds for both Ellie’s Gift and Team Ash 💜

Lucy has been preparing her physical and mental health for the 60 mile ride from Manchester to Blackpool by working out at the gym, trying new classes and pushing herself at the climbing wall.

As hard as this challenge may be, Lucy knows she’ll be carried through knowing who she is doing this for. Ellie, Ash and our community 💜

🏁 Lucy will be carrying your loved one’s names on her flag, holding it high and proud at the finish line. She’s started adding their names to it, taking a moment to think of each person behind the name as she does.
