As Stress Awareness Month comes to an end, we want to say a huge thank you for following along with our posts throughout April. 💛

This month we’ve talked about the importance of friendships and support networks, how small amounts of stress can motivate us, and the impact that social media can have on our mental health. Each post was a reminder that stress is something everyone experiences but with the right tools, understanding, and support, it becomes much easier to manage.

Your wellbeing matters, and you deserve to feel supported, heard, and understood. If you’ve learned something new, shared a post, or simply taken a moment to reflect, thank you. These conversations help create a safer and more open space for young people to talk about what they’re going through.

And remember: you never have to handle stress alone. If things start to feel overwhelming or you’re struggling with school, friends, work or life in general, please reach out 📥. Talking to someone you trust can make a huge difference.

We’re here, we’re listening, and we’re proud of you for taking steps to look after your mental health. 💛✨

On Thursday, our Youth Ambassadors Molly and Grace joined Jordan and Natalie in London for the Youth Town Hall event hosted by Flippgen alongside Lush, the 5Rights Foundation and Department for Science, Innovation and Technology. It was a full day of honest conversations, big ideas and real opportunities for young people to be heard and taken seriously 🌱

Being in a room with schools and youth organisations from across the country, all bringing so much passion to the conversation around the proposed social media ban for under 16s, was something we won’t forget anytime soon. There was a real sense that this mattered and that young people’s voices were leading the way ✨

Molly and Grace got stuck into workshops, roundtables and youth-led panels, sharing their own lived experiences of growing up in the online world. Later in the day, hearing from Kanishka Narayan MP, the Minister for AI and Online Harm, really brought home how important these conversations are and how much influence young people can have when they’re given the space to speak up 💬

What we’re most proud of is how they showed up. They didn’t just attend, they contributed confidently, honestly and with real purpose. To know their voices have helped shape a national conversation and will play a part in what the UK Government does next is huge!

Opportunities like this don’t come around often, especially for a young, community-led organisation like ours and we don’t take that lightly 💪

Thank you to our friends at Flippgen for trusting us to be part of such an important conversation 🙏🏼

This is just the beginning and we cannot wait to see what opportunities are next for our amazing young people 💙

Let’s clear up some common misunderstandings about stress!

Remember: 🔴 = Myth and 🟢 = Fact

Knowing the difference can help young people recognise what’s really going on and get the right support. 💛✨
