The hub needed de cluttering so I mustered up the motivation and hour or so later I’m already wondering why I started 🤷🏼‍♀️

I do love it when it’s been spring cleaned and de cluttered but it seriously shocks me how much stuff my little place can hold!

Good morning

I’m excited to announce it’s almost time for my sound bath case study

So what does sound do?
The sound waves synchronise with our brainwaves to create calm and balance
This works on a cellular level repairing both physical and emotional blockages
It’s a powerful healing modality and I’m so very excited to be able to share this with you all

Eventually I’ll be bringing these to Medway, sittingbourne and Sheppey
So if you can’t be a case study you can experience it in a larger group setting in a town near you very soon 🙏🏼

In the meantime I’m going do a few practice runs to build my confidence

They’ll be ad hoc when I have time and it’ll be first come first served

Contraindications

Heart problems
Pacemaker
Any time during pregnancy
Seizures that are sound activated
PTSD ( noise activated!)

If you don’t have any of these then you can put yourself forward 🙏🏼

First one will be held in my hub
