🖥️ If you’re in your 40s, sit at a desk all day and feel like your body isn’t quite what it used to be… I get it.
Rewind 10 years ago, and I was that person!
Working at a desk, travelling, sitting for hours and gradually becoming more and more sedentary. I started experiencing chronic shoulder pain.
Pilates became a really important part of my own rehabilitation, and it was seeing the benefits for myself, that was my inspiration to train a Pilates instructor.
That’s a big part of why I teach the way I do. My classes aren't about doing the most challenging exercise or keeping up with everyone else.
I teach different levels and adaptations so you can work at a level that feels right for your body.
And if you're a complete beginner?
That's absolutely fine.
I currently have a Thursday evening mat Pilates class at Pen*stone Grammar School, 7:30–8:30pm. £7 per class. All abilities welcome.
If you've been thinking "I really need to start moving again" but haven't quite taken the leap, perhaps this is your sign.
Message PILATES and all send you all you need to book.
Rebecca 😊
