If lunch is usually whatever you can grab between meetings, eat at your desk or throw together when you're already starving...this is for you.

Greek salad:

1 cooked chicken breast, chopped
1 cup lettuce/salad leaves
½ cucumber, diced
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
30g feta cheese, crumbled
6 Kalamata olives, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp dried oregano

Combine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, feta, and olives in a bowl. Add chicken on top, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, sprinkle with oregano.

Enjoy!

This recipe is from my Menopause Recipe Book & 28-Day Meal Plan, which is packed with simple, high-protein, high-fibre recipes to make eating well in menopaus much easier.

If breakfast is usually coffee and whatever you can grab on the way out the door...these are for you

1 cup (45g) jumbo oats
150g Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup (240ml) milk (I use Plenish almond milk)
1/2 cup (75g) berries

Mix everything up (except the berries) and chill in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, add the berries and toppings of your choice (I love honey and peanut butter)

Enjoy!

Women are still struggling to find menopause support. Why?

We’ve become very good at talking about the menopause.

But effective support is still not in place.

The menopause doesn’t just affect your health.

It affects your work.

It affects your relationships.

It affects your confidence and wellbeing.

Recently, I’ve supported women broken by their toxic workplaces. I’ve spoken to women unsupported at home. I’ve spoken to women exhausted from trying to hold everything together.

That’s a lot for anyone to carry.

I know what it's like to be desperately searching for answers, trying to work out what's happening to your body and wondering whether you're doing enough.

Then you discover the menopause internet...and suddenly there are 47 different opinions about what you should be eating, taking, stopping, starting, testing and asking your doctor for🙄

I help you make sense of it.

Understand the bigger picture, ask better questions, make informed choices and work out what support you actually need.

Every day women are being told they need a new supplement, a new diet, a new exercise routine or a new menopause "hack" to feel better.

The menopause is rarely that simple.

There is no magic pill.

One of the biggest lessons I've learned from supporting women through perimenopause and menopause is that individualised care matters.

Your symptoms are unique.

Your health history is unique.

Your priorities are unique.

Which means your menopause support should be unique too.

That's why I'm passionate about helping women cut through the confusion and focus on what is most relevant to them.

Which of these "lies" do you think women hear most often?

Too many women are still struggling to get the menopause support they need.

But the internet is overwhelmed with information.

No wonder so many women tell me they feel confused, frustrated and unsure where to start.

My approach to menopause support has always been simple:

Less noise. Less overwhelm. More personalised support.

Your menopause experience is unique to you, and the best approach is the one that fits your symptoms, your health history and your priorities.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the menopause conversations happening online recently.

There is so much valuable information available now, which is a huge step forward.

But I also think many women are left trying to navigate a complicated journey on their own.

Understanding symptoms.
Finding reliable information.
Having healthcare conversations.
Making decisions about treatment.

Trying to work out which lifestyle changes might actually help.

Working out how menopause fits into their career, relationships and everyday life.

From my own experience, I know how overwhelming that can feel. I spent years trying to understand what was happening to me, and I know many women have a similar story.

The support women need doesn’t sit in one place.

Healthcare matters.
Workplace understanding matters.
Education and practical support matter.

These conversations need to connect so women can access the right information, make informed choices and continue living the lives they want.

This is the reason I do the work I do.

Because menopause is far more than just symptoms.

It can affect confidence, identity, careers and wellbeing and women deserve support that recognises the whole picture💜
