5 years ago I started a whole new career, a new chapter and I had no idea where it would lead me!

There have been hundreds of you who have walked through these doors for rest, recovery, recuperation, release and rejoicing and you all floated out a little bit lighter.

The only goal of my work - not big or clever, just relaxation - simple yet profoundly so.

I’ve been doing Myofascial Release Therapy as part of my massage for a few years now but recently I have been learning more about the fascia and the amazing role it plays in maintaining a healthy body and mind aswell as connections both to our own bodies and those of others.

So I have decided to offer Myofascial Release Therapy as a stand alone treatment. 🙌🏻

This is a somatic approach to therapy which involves deep and light sustained pressure allowing the fascia to adapt as needed. As always I will endeavour to provide advice for continual self treatment.
