When Layla's tinnitus first became permanent She kept asking herself: "Will this ever go away? Is this my life now? Will I ever feel normal again?"

The more Layla looked online for answers, the more overwhelmed she became, until she found Tinnitus UK.

There's only one week to go until the free Tinnitus Information Day in Bournemouth.

Don't miss your chance to join us for a information packed day, aiming to give you a better understanding of tinnitus and helping you to better manage it.

Our tinnitus experts will be giving talks about the basic facts on tinnitus, treatments available, how to manage stress and methods of relaxation.

We will have some great speakers, as well as the opportunity to join in taster sessions of different activities such as yoga and mindfulness, alongside an exhibition, with stands from a range of different tinnitus service providers.
