A couple of hours in the gym today was exactly what I needed. 💪

Not every workout is about hitting PBs or chasing goals. Sometimes it’s about clearing your head, shifting your energy, and giving yourself the mental reset you didn’t realise you needed.

Walked in feeling a bit flat, walked out feeling stronger, more focused, and in a much better place mentally.

Movement really is medicine. 🏋️‍♀️✨

This started as something deeply personal… 💭

When I went through a tough time with my health, I made a decision to fight back by focusing on my wellbeing — physically and mentally. What began as a way to rebuild myself quickly turned into something so much bigger… a passion.

That passion led me to train as a coach and personal trainer — and now, here we are 🤍

A beautiful community of women, aged 16–70, all showing up for themselves and each other. Growing stronger, more confident, and more empowered every single week.

This isn’t just fitness.
It’s support.
It’s connection.
It’s women lifting each other up — in every sense.

I genuinely love these ladies… they give me strength just as much as I hope I give them 🫶

Well….I’ve signed myself up to something BIG….Im doing my PT and Coaching training to push my love of fitness and health. I start this journey on 8/9/25 and will be renovating my garage to help me utilise my skills.
People who know me know I have struggled through 2024/2025 with a cancer diagnosis, and I pushed myself through this using fitness and lifestyle changes. I am also a nurse who manages patients with diabetes/ pre diabetes /asthma/COPD/menopause symptoms, so I want to use the two skills together to help people change their life for the better.

The plan is to provide clients with personal training and bespoke plans and group training sessions.

Well, I’ve been rather quiet on here but I was just waiting for some final test results to come through before I made an announcement.

I am now fully cancer free 🥳 and have made an informed decision to not have the radio ion therapy previously mentioned. I’ve recently had an MRI to check if I had a cancerous lump in the back of my neck. The results are in and it’s a pr*****ed disc in my neck so whilst yes it’s an issue and causing pain it’s not related to my thyroid cancer.

I will be having 3 monthly follow ups at Weston Park, so I am very reassured that I am being looked after.

I will also be letting you all in on another little secret soon…..all will be revealed after my holiday ☺️
