A couple of hours in the gym today was exactly what I needed. 💪
Not every workout is about hitting PBs or chasing goals. Sometimes it’s about clearing your head, shifting your energy, and giving yourself the mental reset you didn’t realise you needed.
Walked in feeling a bit flat, walked out feeling stronger, more focused, and in a much better place mentally.
Movement really is medicine. 🏋️♀️✨
