Dear People we support ,Families and Friends
We are delighted to share some exciting news about the future of Blossom Wellbeing Group.
As part of our continued growth and commitment to providing high-quality support, we are planning to open a new service next year in Rotherham (more about this shortly) . This is an important milestone for our organisation and will enable us to support more people , offer new employment opportunities and work alongside different communities all while continuing to deliver the high standards of care that is at the heart of everything we do.
Our priority while developing new services is to ensure Blossom View remains a high quality service therefore we are starting the transition early
To help prepare for this exciting next step and ensure our services continue to develop and improve, Nicola will be moving into a Quality Assurance role as Director of Care.. In this position, Nicola will work across our services, focusing on quality, compliance, staff development, and ensuring we continue to provide safe, effective and person-centred support.
As a result of this change, we will be recruiting a Registered Manager for Blossom View. If family members wish to apart of choosing our new manager, please drop us a message
This appointment will provide dedicated day-to-day leadership for Blossom View while allowing Nicola to focus on supporting quality and improvement across the wider organisation. We believe this will strengthen our services and provide even greater support to our teams and the people we support.
We understand that changes can sometimes create questions, but we want to reassure everyone that our values, commitment to quality, and focus on the people we support remain unchanged and we believe this change will improve the quality of service we offer. Nicola will remain as Registered Manager until a new person is appointed and will work closely with the New Registered Manager to ensure a smooth handover to benefit the people we support and our staff team .
We are excited about the opportunities this development will bring and look forward to sharing further updates as our plans progress.

Making every day fun is one of our top goals whether its science projects, attending our friendly faces event to socialise, sing and dance💃🎶 or relaxing on our Dry Floatation bed which provides an amazing sensory experience. We love coming up with new ideas on how to spend our days!

Come along for a relaxed afternoon with great company, live music, and plenty of tea, coffee and cakes.
Drop in on Monday the 28th of September 2026 between 12pm and 3pm — the venue is wheelchair accessible, so everyone can join us comfortably.
Lunch is available to purchase separately.
It’s a perfect chance to meet new people and enjoy a friendly atmosphere.

Today a member of staff brought a lovely card, flowers and chocolates thanking us for the support we have given for their first ever job before they move away on their next adventure at University 🎓 we'd like to return a massive thank you from all of the team and people we support for your hard work since joining us after leaving school to now. It's been an honour watching you grow into the wonderful person you are and we wish you all best for the future

rYesterday, one of our amazing team members proved they’re a total purr-fessional at caring for our community. They spotted a lost cat, took a little time out of their own day to get them to the vet, and turned a potential cat-astrophe into a tail-wagging happy ending by reuniting them with their owner!

Talk about a meow-raculous rescue! We’re so lucky to work with people who always put their best foot—and paw—forward
