Brilliant at her job. Good career. Steady income.

But somewhere between the first stroke and the last she mentioned she's thinking about retraining. Creating a bit of space for something else.

Confidence isn't something you either have or you don't. It's something you develop - through practice, through knowledge, through learning to trust yourself in a room with another human being who is relying on you completely.
