NEW CLASSES commencing at the Joseph Stone Centre!
Wednesdays 7.45pm - 8.45pm Stretch and Relax, the perfect way to end your day. A class dedicated to you, releasing tension, quietening the mind. Guided by me, but for you to interpret in a way that feels right for you - stretching, pausing, relaxing.
Thursdays 6.30pm - 7.30pm Pilates. A session focused on correct posture, core strengthening, improved mobility / flexibility. A hands on class where I will guide you in a session that will help improve your physical and mental well-being. Pilates is renowned for aiding with aches / pains by teaching the body how to align itself in order to achieve perfect balance.
Saturdays 9.15am - 10.15am Stretch and Relax. A beautiful morning practice that will give a boost to the start of your day. Again led by me, but for you to interpret in a way that suits you and your body. The focus on stretching / mobility ending with a 10 minute guided relaxation practice.
All classes will be £6 or £10 for any 2 classes attended within a week. Booking is essential, and will be done by messaging myself to confirm your attendance (further details to be given when confirmation is received that indoor exercise will resume).
