Interested in why acupuncture works? Here’s a summary, I offer this treatment, it has fantastic results. A course of treatments is usually required. I can’t work miracles with one treatment.
Things take to time, depending on how long you’ve had the issue. In my experience 4 to 6 treatments are usually required.

Benefits
Acupuncture and dry needling work through well‑understood biological mechanisms. These include:

local blood flow and tissue changes
spinal cord pain‑gate effects
brain‑based pain and emotional regulation
autonomic balance
inflammatory and healing pathways

Acupuncture is approved by NICE for back pain, pain relief, migraines.
Unfortunately although research says it produced results, it’s not often offered on the NHS.

I provide acupuncture as part of my treatments if required.

It helps muscle pain, improves healing and blood flow.

It has fantastic results for sciatica, and lower back pain.
