September often brings a return to our usual rhythms - back to school, back to work, back to routines after the slower pace and freedom of summer.

This season, in our Women’s Wellness Circle, we’ll explore simple and mindful ways to make this transition smoother and more nourishing, with a focus on nutrition and supporting our nervous and immune systems.

A space to pause, reconnect, share, and give ourselves the care we need as we step into a new season.

When did you last let go and played a little? And gave no f*ck to what people around you thought?

The child in me wanted to “come out and play” today. It made me realise how much I needed to let go and just go with the flow.

This long beach at Sandymouth Bay was the perfect place for it. We did a bit of crabbing with the girls then a long walk with hubby to explore. Soaking in the surroundings and play a little.

I was dreading this holiday for a few reasons but clearly I really needed it!

And thank you for for the fab recommendation, this beach is heaven on Earth!!!

I definitely didn’t expect to come home from a 60th birthday party looking for line dancing classes… but here we are! 🤠💃

I laughed, I missed half the steps, I laughed some more, and before I knew it I was completely hooked. It reminded me that movement doesn’t have to feel like another task on the to-do list. Sometimes it simply feels like fun.

That’s exactly what I encourage my clients to look for.

Keep trying new things until you find the movement that lights you up.

Because when you genuinely enjoy it, you’ll keep coming back for more. And that’s where the magic happens. ❤️
