Hannah has been practicing professionally for 8 years but has always had deep, intuitive knowledge when it comes to touch. With a background in women’s work and recovery Hannah works in a trauma informed way, using the breath and emotionally aware touch to get the best possible results.

Hannah was remedially trained in Australia; her style is dynamic and draws on traditional Chinese Medicine, Balinese and Thai massage. She is trained in Maya abdominal massage and the Thai Chi Nei Tsang - an ancient Taoist "internal organs chi massage" that uses deep, soft, and gentle abdominal touch to detoxify, restructure, and rebalance the body's vital systems.

Hannah also does fire-cupping and is a big advocate of this technique for many types of health conditions.

Hannah entered the National Massage Championships in London last year and came 4th and 7th in her respective categories, Freestyle Western and Massage with Tools (fire and silicone cups).

As an introduction Hannah will have a 15% off offer on her one hour treatments until 16 April. So instead of £65 for a one hour Remedial or Sports massage treatment her fee will be £55.25. This is a one time offer and is available for old and new clients on appointments booked (and taken) before 16 April (one appointment per person). Happy International Women's Day!

This year's theme is "Give To Gain" - When women thrive, we all rise. :-)

A local project that supports migrant women and helps them to thrive and come out of isolation is Family Voice. This project does not only offer classes, but has also set up Ammi's Kitchen where people can order delicious food as takeways (the next one is on 13th March) or come to a community lunch fortnightly. You can support this project by ordering a takeaway at Ammi's Kitchen by 10th March:

Ammi’s Kitchen is a place where local women, from different cultures, come together to cook family recipes. The food is then picked up, and enjoyed by paying members of the local community.
