I've found myself increasingly working with older clients over the past few years. One thing I've definitely learned from that is it's never too late to get started. Clients at 80 + have improved their strength and cardiovascular fitness enabling them to be more active and enjoy getting out and about. Others in their 60's and 70's have managed significant gains in strength and mobility. Fitness is an investment in your future and I would encourage anybody to get into resistance training of some kind to improve their long term wellbeing. It's one of the few areas where research is conclusive, and I must say my experience backs it up!
