We are absolutely delighted to welcome Hannah to the team at Rapid Health Hub 🥰

Hannah is an experienced physiotherapist with over 10 years working with the NHS in the community. She also teaches physiotherapy alongside her clinical work.

Hannah is passionate about holistic, patient centred care with an interest in long term conditions and rehabilitation. She is a chartered, HCPC registered physiotherapist with a wealth of knowledge, and DBS checked.

Physio led exercise class on tomorrow (Wednesday) at Kiveton & Wales Village Hall - 11-12

We have the pleasure of physio Myles joining who will be offering free advice to attendees and supervising the session - he’s on coffee & tea duty too. I’ve trained him well 😉

£7 per class - no booking needed!

Pre-arranged transport with door to door can be arranged (message for details) 🚌

💪 Our senior exercise class is held every Wednesday at the Village Hall in Kiveton at 11 am.

👉🏼The session is physio-led designed to help ease general aches and pains. It focuses on functional strength,balance and posture. All exercises are to music 🎶 and either in sitting or standing position.

☕️ We stop after for a coffee/tea and natter.

It’s £7, pay as you go. It’s a really warm, welcoming and fun class 🥰
