I have had sessions on and off with Annie over the last few years. The first time, I had hypnotherapy for fear of flying and since then I have been on about 8 flights including long distance and had no fear at all. I'm now excited to get on a plane whereas before I would get worked up and struggle for a couple of weeks before a flight, I would have nightmares and I would take Diazepam from the gp for the anxiety when flying. I don't need diazepam anymore thanks to Annie. I have also had further hypnotherapy and Annie's Indian head massages are amazing.
