💜 Every journey matters.

Our partnership with St Luke's - Sheffield's Hospice is helping some of Sheffield's most vulnerable people access the care and support they need, when they need it most.

Together, we're providing free, door-to-door transport for palliative and end-of-life patients, making it easier to attend hospice appointments, wellbeing sessions and respite care. For many people, this service removes the worry, stress and cost of travelling during an already difficult time.

By working together, we're ensuring every journey is safe, compassionate and dignified.

💌 A heartfelt thank you to JG Graves Charitable Trust for their kind donation in support of our pen pal scheme.

Their generous support will help us continue bringing smiles, friendship and connection to older people through our Happy Mail service — sending letters, cards and thoughtful messages that remind people they are valued and not alone.

For many of the older people we support, a handwritten note can brighten the day, spark conversation and create a meaningful sense of belonging.
