So it’s been a week since my first jab! I can say I’ve had very good 4/5 days and had 2 bad days of eating etc nowhere near to what I could normally do! But still bad I’d say I’ve trained 3 times in the week so soo it’s even fantastic for me!

So that’s from Wednesday first injection and I must stay after this weekend my appetite is coming back a bit so I’m considering taking my second a day earlier but I will hold out until tomorrow and see how it feel feel free to follow my journey and ask any questions!
