So the man you see on the left has chronic back pain managed with exercise, the lady on the right had knee surgery last year and is already back playing golf twice a week, well onto her 70s! Movement always wins 💪

Introducing Frank he is 82, I have been teaching him for nearly 25 years and is an absolute inspiration.....he has the most horrible spine and recently diagnosed with cauda equina syndrome which means the nerves at the bottom of his spine are being crushed. If you saw this mans MRI scan you would think he was in a wheelchair so whats his secret? Pilates!!! He does his own routine DAILY and comes to the studio for more resistance work and has weekly physio. Consistency is key....sit less move more its amazing what you can achieve even when your body doesnt want to listen! So proud of you Frank 👏

Dont underestimate the power of simple exercises....Even just breathing exercises with arm openings can fill your lungs with fresh oxygen on the days where you feel you cant do anything. Well done Mike so proud of you 👏!!
