Today I chose recalibration for myself, not just for my clients.
I woke up feeling emotionally overwhelmed, physically exhausted, and with intense pain through my hips and lower back — my body’s way of telling me something needed to shift.
Instead of pushing through, I listened.
This blog is a deeply personal reflection on:
* the signs your nervous system may be crying out for rest
* how the body communicates emotional overload
* why recalibration is about returning to yourself, not fixing yourself
* recognising when you need support beyond your own coping mechanisms
* and the subtle changes that happen when your nervous system finally begins regulating again
Interestingly, I also noticed many people speaking today about similar symptoms, particularly around the hips, pelvis and lower back, alongside conversations around solar activity and energetic sensitivity.
