I’m always super proud of each and everyone of my members!!!
And we celebrate every achievement……

This one is absolutely amazing!!! When you go off on your all inclusive holiday with all the information needed and the spark of wanting that next award!!

Lorraine will tell you she enjoyed every minute of her holiday!!! Didn’t go without.. and still came back with not only a 2.5lb weight loss but also achieved her 5 and 1/2 stone award, her gold body magic award and also bagged slimmer of the week!!!

After a rubbish May and being really poorly for what seemed like forever, I’m drawing a line under it and getting back on track today! 💪✨

It’s a brand-new month, it’s Monday, and I’m fully focused on optimising my week ahead. With the kids back at school today, normal routines can finally resume, and I’m making the most of it by getting out for my morning walk. Today was an easy 2 and a half miles.🚶‍♀️☀️

No dwelling on what didn’t go to plan last month – it’s all about moving forward, one healthy choice at a time. ❤️

So the last 12 weeks for me didn’t quite go the way I wanted it too but here’s the thing weight loss isn’t a sprint… it’s a marathon 🏃‍♀️💫

Some weeks you’ll feel unstoppable, other weeks life will throw in a few bumps (and maybe a takeaway or two 😅). And that’s okay. That’s real life.

Slimming World isn’t about being perfect — it’s about learning, growing, and showing up for yourself even when things don’t go to plan. Because every step, even the wobbly ones, teaches us something.

It’s those lessons along the journey that build our confidence, strengthen our self-esteem, and keep our dreams alive 💭✨

So if you’ve had a tough week, don’t give up. Reset, refocus, and keep going. Your goals are still there waiting for you ❤️

What a difference 2 stone makes!!

A few years ago when we went to Ascot, I remember looking back at the photos and thinking I just wasn’t myself. I hated how I felt in my outfit!! I knew something needed to change, so I made the decision to get back on track with my Slimming World journey, put myself first and focus on feeling better in myself again.

Fast forward to this week at Cheltenham Races… and what a difference! I felt amazing, more confident, happier, and finally like me again.

Two stone down and so proud of how far I’ve come. Proof that commitment and small changes can completely change how you feel inside and out.

It’s not always easy and life sometimes gets in the way, but as long as you keep going that’s all that matters!!

Next goal… being at my target before the next trip to the races and feeling even better. 💫

Out in the fresh air today and feeling so grateful 🌿💚
I finally walked up Roseberry Topping in North Yorkshire, something I’ve never done before!

It wasn’t easy, but I did it. That feeling of accomplishment at the top was unreal 🏞️✨
Proof that getting outside, moving your body, and challenging yourself does wonders for your mental health.

This journey with Slimming World isn’t just about the scales!! it’s about confidence, strength, and doing things I once thought I couldn’t. One step (and one hill 😅) at a time 💪💫

Sunday roast, but made the Food Optimising way😍🍽️

Lean roast chicken, a couple of low fat sausages, mountains of Speed veg, crispy roasties and parsnips done in the air fryer, plus tasty stuffing using a few swips 🙌 and lashings of proper gravy (measured, of course 😉).and no roast is complete without a Yorkshire pudding!!!
