After a rubbish May and being really poorly for what seemed like forever, I’m drawing a line under it and getting back on track today! 💪✨
It’s a brand-new month, it’s Monday, and I’m fully focused on optimising my week ahead. With the kids back at school today, normal routines can finally resume, and I’m making the most of it by getting out for my morning walk. Today was an easy 2 and a half miles.🚶♀️☀️
No dwelling on what didn’t go to plan last month – it’s all about moving forward, one healthy choice at a time. ❤️
