Massage is an ancient art that has stood the test of time helping us slow down, relax and reconnect with the body.

I’ve been practising massage and bodywork for over 20 years, combining different approaches from both Eastern and Western traditions.

Every person is different, so I don’t believe in giving everyone exactly the same massage. Through skilled palpation and listening to what your body is telling us, we can find areas of tension and restriction and allow the treatment to develop naturally around what you need on the day.
