Half term is over, summer is approaching, and many of us are already filling our diaries with holidays, days out, family gatherings, gardening projects, walking adventures and plans for the months ahead.
But while we're busy organising everything else, how often do we stop and think about ourselves?
Our bodies aren't machines.
They carry the effects of long hours sitting at desks, stressful days, poor sleep, repetitive movements, emotional pressures and the pace of modern life.
