🎣 Sometimes the best thing you can lose isn’t weight… it’s the stress of the week! ❤️

Tomorrow I’m swapping the scales, phones and everyday madness for a rod, a lake and a bit of peace and quiet 🎣🌳

One thing my journey has taught me is that looking after ourselves is about so much more than the number on the scales. Our mental wellbeing matters too.

Finding something that makes you switch off, slow down and just enjoy the moment can do you the world of good. For me, fishing is becoming exactly that.

Fresh air 🌿
A bit of peace 🧘‍♂️
Time to think 💭
And hopefully a few fish along the way! 🐟😂

Slimming World is about changing your lifestyle and becoming a healthier, happier YOU… and sometimes that means simply giving yourself permission to stop and recharge.

Some weeks remind you exactly why you do what you do… ❤️

This week has been one of those weeks.

I’ve had the privilege of listening to some of the most emotional, inspiring and life changing stories. There have been tears, laughter, hugs and moments that will stay with me for a long time.

Weight loss is never just about the scales.

It’s about confidence returning.
It’s about improving health.
It’s about believing in yourself again.
It’s about doing things you never thought you’d be able to do.

Every single person in these photos has their own story. Different backgrounds, different challenges, different reasons for walking through my doors… but every one of them chose to keep going, even when life got tough.

I couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your journey. Watching lives change week after week is something I’ll never take for granted.

Not because you were lucky.
Not because it was easy.
But because you finally decided you were worth it.

Before anything else, I want to say a massive congratulations to every single member in these photos. ❤️ Whether you’re celebrating your first ½ stone, Club 10, Target, 1½ stone, or an incredible 5 stone weight loss, every single achievement deserves to be celebrated. I couldn’t be prouder of you all.

Every one of these journeys started in exactly the same place… a first weigh-in, a few nerves and a little bit of hope.

If you’re reading this thinking, “I could never do that,” I promise you every one of these members has stood where you are now.

You don’t have to believe you’ll lose 5 stone today.
