"New Thursday evening yoga class starting in February! This class is perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a slower-paced, alignment-focused practice. It’s a supportive space to build strength, flexibility, and confidence at your own pace. If you’re interested or know someone who might be, please reach out."

From February, I’ll be offering a new Thursday early evening Beginners Yoga class, designed to support you in building a strong, confident foundation in your practice.

This class is ideal if you are new to yoga, returning after a break, or would like a slower-paced class with clear guidance and a strong focus on alignment and posture. Each week you’ll be guided through a structured sequence of postures, with the use of blocks, straps and bricks to support your body and help you work safely and effectively.

The class is encouraging and supportive, helping you to develop strength, flexibility, mobility and confidence at your own pace.

When: Thursdays
Time: Early evening (start time to be confirmed)

This class runs in addition to my Tuesday 6pm General Yoga class.

✨ Never Give Up ✨
After two years of healing and rehabilitation from shattered wrists and surgery to insert metal plates, I’m finally able to do backbends again. 🙌
Backbends are still a challenge because of the wrist extension, but with mindful support (and a trusty bolster!) I can practice safely and confidently.
This journey has been a powerful reminder that healing takes time, patience, and self-compassion. Every small step forward is worth celebrating. 🌸
The moral of the story: Never give up — your body is always working toward balance and recovery. 💫

In this yoga classes, you will learn by controlling the movement of your arms and legs, aligning the physical body you will relieve stiffness and create more flexibility in the joints. It will also activate the organs, glands, and nerves, creating overall health from inside out.
