How is it already the end of the week?
This one has absolutely flown by.

Feeling so grateful for all of the amazing clients I’ve worked with this week. Watching people open up, heal, grow and transform never stops feeling magical to me. 🤍

I genuinely love what I do. Being able to hold space for people, support their journey, and witness those powerful shifts is something I’ll never take for granted.

What a way to spend the bank holiday weekend! 🏔️🇬🇧

Rob and I decided to do the Welsh 3 Peaks this weekend in training for the actual event in July — and wow, what an experience.
It was intense, physically demanding, and definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone, but every step, climb, and view made it absolutely incredible.
From the unbelievably early start (3.10am) to the tired legs and of the course the crazy heat, it was all worth it for the sense of achievement and the amazing scenery along the way and we did it all in 16 hours! I am so proud of us both.

Now it’s time to swap hiking boots for the treatment room and get back to doing what I love 💆‍♀️✨
