Filling life with challenges and adventures that push you out of the comfort zone is one of the best antidotes for mental health.
Set a goal and a purpose and you’ll have most of the puzzle figured out.
In this world of quick fixes, get rich quick schemes and instant gratification we can become complacent and lose the desire for goal setting.
Especially for males, we strive for purpose and direction. It is the journey that sculpts our character, the hardships, the consistency, those days where you really don’t feel like it but you get out anyway. It doesn’t have to be running. (That just happens to be one of mine.) it could be anything, just set your mind to it and chase it down!
When men lack goals, we get angry at the world, we keep it all inside and bottle everything up whilst still pretending we have everything together. We are not here to cage ourselves into boxes, watching boxes or following the latest trends. We are creators, builders, architects and warriors, WE ARE KINGS!
Ask yourself the question today.
‘If I could do anything I wanted what would it be?’
Then go and chase that dream with everything you have.
