Back-to-school season often brings a fresh start ❤️

Once routines begin to settle again, many people find it easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make time for themselves too 🙌🏽

A few things that always help me are planning meals for the week, keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer and having healthy lunches ready for busy days ✅

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to work around real life 💯
