There is no perfect time to start.
I’ve been chatting about this with a few of our members recently…
Life is busy.
Work. Kids. Family. Holidays. Social events. Things you didn’t plan for.
And the reality is, it’s probably not going to suddenly become perfectly organised.
So maybe being busy is actually the BEST time to start.
Because if you can learn to exercise when life isn’t perfect — that’s when you’ve built something that can actually last.
Some weeks that might mean 3 sessions.
Some weeks 2.
Sometimes it might be one really good 45-minute workout.
It all counts.
You don’t need the perfect programme.
You don’t need the perfect coach.
You don’t need the perfect Monday to start.
You just need to get in the game and keep taking steps in the right direction.
Progress > perfection.
Because the people who get results in the long run aren’t perfect…
They’re consistent.
