These sessions are for mums who want fresh air, movement, and a giggle.

There;s absolutely no pressure to be fit and no pressure to be “bouncing back.”
Just a hour to move your body, get outside and feel a bit more like you again ❤️

If your baby cries, needs feeding, refuses to cooperate or your toddler decides to run laps instead of joining in… honestly, that’s all part of it 😅

I used to LOVE these sessions — especially the bonus baby cuddles, so I am genuinely DELIGHTED to be starting them up again.

Let me tell you about one of the most inspiring women I’ve had the privilege of working with recently.

Amanda came to me 9 months after her second hip replacement, at age 51.

Her days were filled with talk of pain, rehab, and all the things she couldn’t do.

She was strong — but she was so tired of being defined by her limitations.

She wanted her life back.

Fast forward to today and this is the same woman:
✅ Squatting confidently
✅ Kettlebell swinging like a pro
✅ Lunging, walking, and thriving as she takes on the South West Coastal Path with ease!

Her hips are no longer a part of every conversation.
Her strength is.
Her smile is.
Her new chapter is.

And here’s the thing:
She didn’t get there by waiting.
She got there by choosing to prioritise herself for the first time in a long time — with guidance, support, and belief.
