From now on, you’ll find me there every Friday from 8:00am–2:00pm, offering a range of holistic treatments including Reiki, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Facials using Tropic Skincare, and more.

What an amazing morning spent with my husband on a herb walk led by the incredibly knowledgeable Mandy. I learned so much about the plants and wild herbs around us, and how many have healing properties and medicinal uses. Such a fascinating and grounding experience.
