blic Health, where she supported patients with complex mental health needs. During this time, she recognised the powerful benefits of mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and talking therapies—not just for those facing mental health challenges, but for anyone seeking to reduce stress and enhance their overall wellness. In 2009 and 2010, Angela completed qualifications in Counselling Skills and Studies, followed by a Meditation, Mindfulness, and Relaxation Teaching Certificate in 2017. Angela’s passion for Reflexology grew after experiencing its effectiveness firsthand in treating her own migraines. She recalls, “Reflexology significantly reduced the frequency and severity of my migraines, to the point where I no longer feared them.”
Known for her empathy and sensitivity, Angela excels at helping clients feel comfortable and relaxed, especially those with high levels of anxiety. She shares, “I love meeting new people and feel privileged to be in a role where I can make a positive impact. I strive to be kind, understanding, and a good listener, always supporting my clients as they reach their goals and discover new relaxation techniques.”
Committed to continuous learning, Angela recently completed an ‘Understanding Child & Adolescent Mental Health’ course to better support younger clients. She also trained as a Scar Therapist, helping clients address physical issues related to scars—such as adhesions—and offering emotional support for those struggling with trauma or disconnection after surgery.
