What’s the difference between osteopathy and sports therapy?
It’s one of the questions we’re asked most, and the answer is simpler than you might think.
Osteopathy takes a whole-body approach, looking at why the problem started in the first place. Sports therapy focuses more on muscles and soft tissue, helping you get back to the things you love, whether that’s the gym, gardening or simply playing with the grandchildren.
The good news? You don’t need to figure out which one you need before you book.
We’ll listen to what’s been going on, assess your symptoms, and recommend the right approach for you. Sometimes that’s one discipline, sometimes it’s a combination of both. Either way, you’ll be in the right hands.
